This modern vacation home has 3 bedrooms. 2 of them are equipped with king-size beds and one bedroom features 2 twin-size beds. There are alarm clocks, TVs, walk-in closets, aircon and allergy-friendly covers.

3 bathrooms are available for guests, and in addition to a shower, the master bedroom features a large bathtub. You can access the third bathroom directly from the pool area, so you do not have to walk through the house.

The kitchen has everything you need for cooking: oven, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster and large refrigerator with ice machine. There are enough plates and cutlery, and doing the dishes is easy with the dishwasher. In the evening, you can fire up the grill in the lanai and have barbecues with your whole family.

The choice is yours: Would you like to dine in the breakfast area overlooking the pool? At the large lanai table, or in the living area under an elegant chandelier? Of course, you can also enjoy a little snack at the kitchen counter.

A true highlight of the villa is its 33 feet long, heatable pool that works without chlorine – perfect if you have sensitive skin. With the pool area facing south, you can enjoy plenty of sunshine the whole day. The jacuzzi provides steaming relaxation and is ready in a matter of minutes.

Do you want to spend a nice evening at home? No problem. The living area features a 60″ LCD TV with many programs, Blue-ray/DVD player, surround sound and 3D technology.

Of course, you can use the washing machine and dryer in the utility room. And if you have to get some work done on vacation, you will appreciate the villa's office. Super fast WiFi is available throughout the house.

The Villa Coral View not only offers direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. The main street Cape Coral Parkway is just minutes away. Here, you will find restaurants, shopping opportunities and banks. In 5 minutes, you can reach the supermarket Publix by car.
