Gorgeous modern 2 bd, 2 full bth condo within walking distance of Cape Harbour!

  • Your search is over! This beautiful and newly renovated condo has everything needed for a relaxing vacation with an upscale vibe. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the unit, and both have doors that completely block off not only the bedrooms, but the adjacent bathrooms as well, so privacy is abundant!
    All appliances are brand new. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, plates, glasses and mugs, Keurig coffee maker and microwave. Brand new dishwasher as well.
    The lanai is totally private and accessible form the front door and primary bedroom as well. Lanai is fully furnished with an outdoor daybed, two chairs with end tables, and an electric BBQ. The communal pool is huge, and of coarse it is heated. Lounge chairs are abundant on this spacious pool patio. Shuffle board and two racquet ball courts are there for your gaming pleasure. Publix and Walgreens are within walking distance. Cape Harbour is only a few blocks away, where you can find restaurants and shopping, music and entertainment. Paradise awaits you!
