Fabulous!

We loved our stay here over Christmas! The house is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The outdoor living space provides great views of canal activity while relaxing by / in the pool and/or hot tub. And, it is conveniently located near restaurants, stores, and tropical locations. What more would a person want?!Thank you, Jan, for creating such an amazing get-away!

We had a great time at the property. Check in was easy and everything was very clean. The pictures don’t do the house Justice! The pool and hot tub overlooking the canal was gorgeous. The kids lived in the hot tub! We didn’t want to leave and would definitely rebook the property.

Family vacation

We were very impressed with this rental! The outdoor lanai and pool area was one of the best we’ve stayed at in Cape Coral. The space inside was exactly what our family of 4 needed for our stay We thoroughly enjoyed the e-bikes and pedal bikes (something we think every vacation home should have-bikes) The welcome basket upon arrival was such a pleasant surprise and very much enjoyed! Thanks again for a wonderful week!!

Great place, especially with young kids! We loved the pool and hot tub, temperatures were perfect. Had so many nice little touches - outdoor fridge and tv, very large tv in living room, tons of blankets and pillows, garage stocked with beach stuff, bikes etc. We are hoping to get back there some day!

We thoroughly enjoyed the spa and pool as well as other outdoor amenities like electric scooters and e-bikes. Quiet neighborhood with lovely canal view. On-site contact as well as the owner responded quickly and provided all that was needed. We appreciated their sincere hospitality!

The owners and Evolve were amazing through the process. All of the extra amenities really made a huge difference. From fishing poles, electric bikes, beach chairs, toys etc. The layout is perfect and the pool area is incredible. Can’t wait to visit again

Our family stayed over Christmas at this home. The view is stunning, we lived on that patio and pool area. Not mentioned but there is an outdoor TV that we could watch football or movies from the pool and hot tub. The hot tub is a great add to cooler mornings and evenings. We loved this space, great communication with management group and would highly recommend. Enjoy this quiet neighborhood and be together.Bike, kayak, fish off the dock, giant tv in the living room, tv poolside and in the rooms that have king beds. Read, relax and get some sun.

Lovely Pool Area

My family has stayed in many house rentals in Florida and this by far had the most beautiful pool area. The house was so prepared for guests by being stocked for all your needs. Kayaks and bikes were fun and a nice addition. Very comfortable home.

ABOVE AND BEYOND

Jan and Bob go above and beyond for any guest. We have stayed at their other property before, and this was our first time at this location and it did not disappoint. The pool and views were to die for. The house is absolutely AMAZING since it was just recently redone top to bottom. We were in the perfect location, close enough to do what we wanted in Ft. Myers, but out of the way enough to not hear anything. Jan and Bob, the host are extremely welcoming and will do anything to insure your stay is exceptional. We have been to Cape Coral multiple times and have stayed with this host every time and we will continue to do so. You would be silly not to stay at either Jan or bobs properties. We recommend 100/100.
