BRAND NEW immaculate villa

Brand new 4 bed, 3 bath villa in the Fairways, beautifully decorated open concept first floor living boasts
granite counter tops, a gas stove and island, dining area and living room with fireplace. There are also
three bedrooms on the first floor, the master suite with a king bed and beautiful en suite bathroom and
two other bedrooms with queen beds and a full bathroom. On the second floor you will find another
queen bedded room with en suite full bathroom.
Attached to the living room you can enjoy a large screened in back porch with plenty of seating and
a fire pit for those colder nights, enjoy views of the pond as you drink your morning coffee or your
glass of wine in the evening, it truly is a peaceful setting. If cooking a meal on the gas grill is your thing
it has this too!
You have access to all Bay Creek has to offer from the two mile private beach, pool, gym, Coach House Tavern
restaurant, nature preserve, and the ability to play our spectacular golf courses. If shopping is your thing, visit
the charming town of Cape Charles with its boutique shops and amazing restaurants, I promise you won't be bored!
