  • This property was constructed before 1991, however, we are making some readily achievable changes, so if you are interested in the unit and are looking for some accessibility features, please inquire to find out if any of our units would suit your needs.

    Welcome to one of our newest units, Villa #19. This ground floor, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom abode sleeps 6, with a queen bed in each bedroom, and one queen pullout sofa bed in the living room. Coco Sand Villas are conveniently located 5 blocks from the Atlantic Ocean you can walk or drive to Tyler Avenue beach access.
    We provide all the beach essentials for your perfect Florida getaway, including beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and even beach toys for the little ones..all you need to bring is your swimsuit!
