Beauchamp is a traditional 19th century Perigordian stone farmhouse with a 3-bedroom holiday home sleeping up to 6 people with aircon and a private heated pool, situated in the peaceful Dordogne countryside, 5 minutes from the medieval town of Monpazier and 45 minutes from Sarlat.

MAISON 130 m² rated 3 stars by the Perigord Ministry of Tourism has a private east-west facing garden with terrace and gazebo accommodating up to 6 people for Alfresco dining, BBQ, sun-loungers and a heated 5x3m above ground pool, open all year round. Heated beginning April to end September. On request outside these months, with a supplement for heating.

One bedroom which is suitable for people with reduced mobility has its own entrance, a king size bed (150x200) and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Stairs lead to the first floor with two bedrooms, each with 90x200 beds and en-suite bathrooms with showers, WC and electric blinds.

The main town of Bergerac and airport are 45 minutes’ drive. Driving in the other direction, within 30 minutes you can visit the beautiful Bastide towns of Villereal and Monflanquin in the Lot-et- Garonne.
