Spectacular villa with beautiful views to the mountains and just 1 km from the small beach of Sa Font de Sa Cala.Located at the east coast of the island, next to Capdepera and Cala Rajada.It has a capacity for 7 guests, offers 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms.Three bedrooms on the first floor of the villa with a double bed and bathroom en suite.Another single bedroom on the ground floor. Fully equipped and furnished kitchen with island.Large living - dining room with direct access to the porch which is next to a wonderful pool with very beautiful views to the mountains.The whole house is equipped with air conditioners. The pool measures 8 x 4 with a depth of 1.5 meters and salification.A terrace that invites you to rest and to have a sunbath, because of the tranquility you´re breathing. Sa Font de sa Cala has all the necessary amenities, you can find a bar or even a restaurantin first line to the sea with views of its crystalline blue waters.
