The location is simply exceptional. A 10-minute walk from the beach.
Enjoy a car-free holiday. Everything is within walking or cycling distance thanks to the cycle paths right outside the building: the fish market is just opposite, a diving club is at the bottom of the building, the beach is just down the road and all the seafront restaurants are just a stone’s throw away.

Car:
If you choose to come by car, a private parking space is available (please note: 4x4s may not fit). There is also a first-come, first-served car park at the foot of the residence. You can also park in the pay-and-display car parks located near the flat.

For other modes of transport, here is some useful information:
- Train station: Labenne (8 km)
- Nearest airport: Biarritz Airport, approximately 25 km away.

On site, the management of the apartment lettings is handled by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-move-in’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it and who will help you discover the Landes as you’ve never seen them before!
