Kitchen area (2.2 x 2.2): dishwasher, top fridge with freezer section, 4 gas hob, microwave and electric oven. Bedroom 1 with cupboard and TV (2.40x 2.94): 1 bed 140.
Bathroom (2.2x 2.4): bath, basin and WC. Upstairs a large mezzanine with skylight (3.60 x 5.14): 1 bed 140 + 1 sofa bed click-clac.
Small independent garage (2.8x 5.5) for bicycles and boards with washing machine and a second fridge-freezer. Possibility to drive in a car in front of the garage
Access by badge to the collective swimming pool of the residence.

Ideal for 4/5 people. The area is quiet. At the end of the dead end, a gate leads to a fitness trail in the middle of the pines. Out of season possibility of other days of arrival contact us. Animals not allowed. Household linen not provided. Out of season, provide heating package.

Une semaine entre pluie et soleil

Une belle semaine passée à Capbreton malgré un temps instable. Hébergement très agréable et spacieux. Le plus: terrasse et extérieur. Avons pu profiter de la piscine.
