"De passage à Charmes pour 1 nuit, j'ai séjourné dans cet hébergement. L'arrivée autonome (que je ne savais pas et qui n'est pas précisée sur l'annonce Hotel.com) n'a pas été simple mais elle s'est faite. La chambre sur cours était propre, idem pour la SDB. Cependant le drap en dessous de la couette avait des cheveux ou poils au niveau des pieds. Ce n'était pas niquel. J'aurai apprécié davantage de papiers toilette et éviter une fin de rouleau. "We had a lovely stay at this property which was conveniently located relatively close to the ski slopes and had all the amenities we needed. While there was a language barrier we managed to break it with the help of translation apps on the phone and the communication and flexibility of the host were great. The only surprise was that we had to pay extra for gas/electric and sheets and this was not clear on the description. The host did let us know once we booked which was great and we were fine...

"This was the most enjoyable stay of our trip. Ideally located for our stop between Belgium and Switzerland! The entire hotel was modern, elegant and felt we were spoiled! The spa was amazing and the breakfast was unbelievably good. Too bad we could only stay one night!"

"It’s some years since I stayed in a Campanile and I think this one was a recent development. Very good , though rooms are quite small. Unpretentious but quite adequate breakfast, decent beer, very friendly & helpful staff, and even some simple pre-prepared meals, which saved us having to find a restaurant after a late arrival."

"Das Chalet war wunderschön im Berg gelegen mit einer perfekten Aussicht ins Tal. Es war alles sauber, die Ausstattung war wie angegeben und die Küche hatte alles was man braucht. Die vielen Terrassen laden zum Verweilen ein und der Spa Bereich war perfekt für uns. Es war stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Bilder sind haben das Haus sehr gut wieder gespielt. Leider gab es trotzdem ein paar Minuspunkte. Das Wasser im Whirlpool war leider etwas dreckig und hat gerochen, außerdem ging die Hälfte des Sprudels nicht. Das Haus ist auch allgemein sehr hellhörig.Größter Minuspunkt waren allerdings die Terrassenplatten um den Pool, diese waren nicht eben, es standen Ecken nach oben und sie haben stark gewackelt. Das ist leider, gerade für Kinder, sehr gefährlich.Alles in allem hatte wie jedoch einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in einem tollen Haus."
