Holiday Home 'Serena a Capannori' with Private Terrace, Private Garden and Wi-Fi

The holiday home Casa Serena in Petrognano is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with your loved ones. The property, spread over two floors, consists of a living room, a kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom, and can accommodate up to 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, fan and washing machine. A cot and a high chair are also available on request. The accommodation does not have air conditioning. Outside, you can enjoy a private area with a garden, open terrace, balcony and barbecue. At 300 metres from the property, there is a private garden reserved for guests, equipped with table, chairs, sun loungers and umbrellas. The holiday home is located in Petrognano, a small hamlet of the municipality of Capannori. Nearby you will find restaurants and attractions such as the Pinocchio Park in Collodi, Villa Torrigiani and Villa Reale. Parking is available in a private courtyard. Please note that the access road is not paved and must be driven slowly. Families with children are welcome. Small pets are allowed on request. Smoking and organising parties or events are not permitted. Additional cleaning is available for an extra fee.

Pros: Het is een heerlijk huis met een prachtig uitzicht. Contact met de eigenaresse verliep heel fijn. Er is van alles te doen in de omgeving.
