You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
Villa close to the sea with terrace and free parking
The house is perfect for a couple, a family or a group of friends. You can spend nice relaxing days, enjoying the beach.. It has direct access to the beach, so no stress for parking!
The apartament is at the first floor of a villa recently modernised with new furniture for kitchen ,bathroom and bedrooms; the kitchen is fully equipped and we supply bed shettes and towels.
There are two tables where you can eat , one inside and the other outside,on the terrace.
The house has a big terrace with chairs where you can lay in the sun in total tranquillity and relax. The house has a private and free parking spot, so that you have no worries to leave your car unguarded while spending the whole day at the beach!
Guests will be able to use the balcony , the sea access and the free beach .
Besides there are several beach resorts close by.
The house is very close on feet, to the fruit and vegetebles shop, fish shop, butcher shop, a minimarket a to lots of buffalo farm houses
The house is close to the famous ancient Greek Templi and archeological museum.
For us, hospitality is sacred and the guests will receive all the warmth of Italian people!

Charming Beach House
Well, very near the beach. Maria (the host) was wonderful, responded quickly and had great suggestions for the area. She even gave us some limoncello and jam made from lemons in her yard!
The house was well equipped and comfortable. A great setting to relax and enjoy.

Mare pulito e templi secolari
Mia moglie ed io abbiamo trascorso 15 gg. a Capaccio Paestum nella simpatica, gradevole e ben attrezzata casa della signora Maria Antonietta riscontrando la presenza di tutti i requisiti elencati nell'annuncio (compreso il vicinissimo e molto ombroso accesso al mare). La vicinanza con gli antichi templi greci e con il museo ha inoltre reso la nostra vacanza anche molto interessante sotto il profilo culturale.

La signora Maria Antonietta è gentilissima e disponibile. La casa è fornita di TUTTO. La posizione... praticamente sulla spiaggia.. è comodissima e la magia dei templi risuona nell'aria. Bellissimi anche i borghi nei dintorni.

Ci siamo trovati bene. Ottima disponibilità della proprietaria e del nipote Giuseppe. Manca la televisione, ma c'è una buona connessione internet quindi si possono utilizzare altri mezzi tecnologici (computer, tablet).
