"I would not recommend anyone because the room Hibiscus No 15 and 11 were terrible poorly maintained there were lizards everywhere and mosquitoes. We asked for a mosquito diffuser and the receptionist told us they would send one which was in vain as nobody came along. The bedsheet was torn very old and most of all we all didn’t sleep as the bed was not comfortable one could feel the wire spring on our back. "-We were given a back side room and we needed to pay to upgrade to the front side. -The front side room was great but the back side room was not good at all. -Breakfast was great with a lot of option. -We took half board and the dinner was ok, it was not outstanding. -The property was amazing otherwise. "Zaihn at the reception allowed us very early check in and was kind enough to allow us late check out. She was extremely helpful, respectful and friendly. The room was clean, large soft towels, two complimentary large bottles of water, coffee/tea area, safe and fridge available for use. Only complaint was the shower kept flooding when we used it. Breakfast included was a vast choice of items and we thoroughly enjoyed everything. There's a one minute walkway to get you into the grand Mall next...
