"La maison est idéalement placée, à 2 pas du marché du Cap-Ferret, 50 mètres du bassin d'Arcachon, des commerces, et 10 min à pied de l'océan. De très belles pièces à vivre, 4 très belles chambre, et tout est rigoureusement neuf.La grande terrasse derrière la maison est super équipée avec une vraie cuisine extérieure, totalement équipée.A l'intérieur, l'équipement est au top, et la propreté est carrément clinique ...Je n'avais jamais loué une maison aussi impeccable, c'est juste remarquable.Alain nous a accueilli avec une gentillesse incroyable (malgré notre arrivée plutôt tardive !). J'ai loué un grand nombre de maisons depuis des années sur le Cap-Ferret, et celle là est exceptionnelle, avec un rapport qualité prix irréprochable.Bref, cette adresse est une perle. Si vous cherchez une maison super bien placée, que vous aimez les prestations neuves et de qualité, et que vous êtes sensibles à une propreté clinique, alors n'hésitez pas !Merci à Alain et son épouse, nous avons passé un super séjour, et on serait bien resté !!!"

"I booked this accommodation on Expedia. The description did not match the VRBO listing. The bedroom was not described as being in a loft with a dangerous ladder access. Also VRBO uncharged for linens (€50) and cleaning (€60) though the Expedia listing was for all charges We notified Expedia & VRBO that for safety reasons we could not stay there. No assistance, solutions, alternative lodging or cancellation was offered. Expedia should rethink their partnership with VRBO. We were forced to obtain more costly accommodations. It was a nightmare "
