"I don't normally complain but wanted to share our experience. There were 2 issues that I feel like were very unsatisfactory. I'll start with- the room was amazing, the gentleman that checked us in was very informative and helpful and we were off to a great start... Until we got back to our room after exploring the outlets, downtown Park City, having dinner and enjoying the pool/hot tub.
On my initial reservation I said there would be 2 adults and 2 children. We had NO bedding for the sleeper sofa whatsoever. I called the front desk and explained and the lady said they would bring some right up. This was at 10:50, I called back again at 11:40 because we still didn't have any bedding and she said she would call again. It took us over an hour to get bedding for a reservation that stated we had 4 people. That was frustration #1. We weren't able to hear the TV. The volume would max at 30. If nothing was going on in the room you could barely hear it- let alone the dryer, shower, talking amongst ourselves etc. We find watching TV to be fun and relaxing. It didn't matter if we were watching the direct tv or if we signed in on our Netflix account. I asked the gentleman who dropped off our bedding if he could fix it. He looked at the back of the TV, took the remote, turned it on and off and then said I don't know, said he was by himself tonight and then left it. By this time it well after midnight. Fustration #2
