Breathtaking Luxury SW-Style home perfect for families and friend groups! It truly is a Canyon Lake Paradise! This amazing home has everything you need to entertain on a long weekend or week stay. 4 Bedrooms, 3.5 Bathrooms, Game Room with retro video games, pool table, and movie area with a smart tv. Two Decks with plenty of outdoor seating and a passthrough window from the upstairs wet-bar. Dining for 10 in the dining area with a lakeside view is a fabulous setting for holiday meals! Commercial kitchen, with all the needed utensils to prepare a gourmet meal! Relax and roast marshmallows over the fire pit (during non-burn ban timeframes) or venture down to the water! However you decide to spend your vacation... Riviera Paradise is the perfect get-away! You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Because some of our homeowners are allergic various animals… we do not allow pets of any kind. Emotional support animals are not allowed. Service animals may be allowed only with prior notification if the animal services an individual with a disability and notifies us as to the specific task the animal is trained to do. In addition, some of our guests are allergic to pets and book only homes which do not allow pets. Therefore, we have a Strict ‘No Pet’ policy.

Holiday getaway

We loved our stay at this beautiful house with a fabulous deck overlooking Canyon Lake. The house was very clean, well stocked, comfortable beds, and ample start up supplies for our four day stay. Checking in and out easy and seamless. Neighborhood was quiet and not far from necessities and close enough to day outings. The pool table was a huge hit with the teens and yard allowed for frisbee and ladder golf. It was a super fun stay and we enjoyed our time as a family.
