Beautiful view

Beautiful home and lots of room. Loved waking up to the view and spending time on the upper most level deck. It would be much more convenient if the grill were moved to the upper level where the kitchen is and not 2 floors down. More seating on ground level would be nice as well, especially on the small patio closer to the lake. There was nothing out there to sit on and take in the view at that level. Experienced a couple normal household issues while there which were addressed immediately by property manager (awesome people). Overall It was an enjoyable stay. Many areas to spend quality family time here.

Nice house for a group of families

Great house. Very clean. Open floor plan, which is nice. We didn’t like that The grill was multiple flights of stairs away from the kitchen. Unfortunately, Canyon Lake is very low. There was no water near the backyard. The backyard wasn’t cut so he had to navigate through tall thorny weeds to get to the dock area. Nothing to see or do there. Couldn’t even fish. The nearby town doesn’t not have a lot of restaurant options. Otherwise our stay was fine. Lots of deer in the neighborhood, which was pleasant to see. The Guadalupe River isnt flowing very well due to the low levels in Canyon Lake.

Friend Trip with 10 people

Our stay was GREAT! I had a great experience and the hospitality from the property manager was wonderful. Any issues we had were solved and handled with grace. Overall, our stay was wonderful and it exceeded our expectations!

Basketball tournament

Great house and beautiful location. Beautiful view of the lake. The AC wasn’t working upstairs, which is where the main living, kitchen & master are when we got there. Shifting beds until it got fixed the next day worked out. Communication was good working through that too. I would suggest putting the grill on the main deck though. It’s a lot of climbing stairs when you’re grilling and getting to the top floor. Great weekend with the family!

no maintenence

this could be a nice house but they don't take care of the property. the carpets are stained and dirty. there was a dirty sock from a previous tenant on the floor,fridge filter needs to be changed,and dead bugs on every window sill.
