Cozy and very accommodating. All appliances and air conditioning worked perfectly. We had a difficult situation we were facing and needed to check-in early, contacted Rando and he made it happen. Never left hanging on any communication, always answered our questions as we were there for 7 nights. Beautiful outdoor areas. The downstairs area is really a neat place to be. Doggie door was great as we set up our invisible fence and collar on the dog, eliminating the need to take him outside. We enjoyed watching movies while playing pool downstairs, was a rainy week.
A great value for sure.
The one good thing is the air conditioner is great. The bad things are many, so be warned! No water the first night at this rental home- not by an act of nature but a pipe that had bursted. Yard was wet in back and we didn’t know why until about 8:30 pm when water cut totally off. Then we discovered pipe was busted prior to our arrival hence the backyard being flooded. Water was not working for 13 hours before a plumber repaired it. That is not ideal with a house full of guests!! The yard looks like it’s never been mowed - it’s thigh high and scary to try to use that cute little fire pit pictured in photos when you can’t see what you’re walking through. Trash was over flowing when we arrived from previous guests and when we left it had still not picked up, so the amount of trash at that point was ridiculous! Black mold on ceiling in room off kitchen, I’m no mold expert but doesn’t look ideal! Finally, the host asked if there was a fair amount we could be compensated for being without water the first night and I thought we reached an agreement, however-in the end we received nothing!! I tried to give host some time to deal with his partner for a refund of some sort but to no avail. Absolutely nothing was offered! Unacceptable, future renter beware! This is the first bad review I’ve ever had to write with VRBO after many stays, but I can’t with good faith let another family go through this.
