"We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching boaters on the lake and especially enjoyed the deer in the yard. Deer corn was provided as a treat for the deer! The owner’s have provided every amenity you might need. We loved watching the hummingbirds too. You will be able to relax and you won’t want to leave!"

"The house and location are amazing and we would definitely rent this place again. The extras like a garage and boats and floats really made this place a no brainer. The river had almost zero current due to the Exceptional Drought they have been experiencing in the area. However I enjoyed not having to be picked up or dropped off up or down stream. We actually just floated out in front of the home and soaked up the sun for hours and then right on to the deck that’s in the water and sat there for even longer under the beautiful trees. Amazingly enough, due to its close proximity below the dam, the water was plenty deep to swim in. I was quite surprised by the water depth here. Our only regret was that we didn’t have longer to stay there. You really need at least 4-5 days minimum to unwind especially if you are coming in from a long ways away as we did. We would definitely rent this place again. The house is laid out nicely and just about everything you need to make yourself at home is there for you to cook etc. We’ve already made plans to go back next year and to be honest anytime of the year would work as a vacation spot here. Deer are everywhere in the neighborhood and that also was special to all in the group! "

"This is a fantastic house! Game room with pool access on the bottom floor with the kids rooms, made for a perfect stay. Kids were able to play games and be as loud as they wanted without disturbing us sleeping upstairs. Rooms are all well equipped, TVs comfortable beds. AC works fantastic and the fireplaces are a nice touch. We thoroughly enjoyed the patio areas and upstairs dining table. My only complaint is a small one. The floors were not cleaned properly. Bring house slippers, I looked for a mop. Couldn't find anything. But that's my only complaint, kitchen was well stocked. And the bathrooms, are all very clean. It's just the travertine floors on the main floor that needed a better clean. We will definitely stay again. This was a fantastic home. Lake view is gorgeous! Highly recommend. "
