Top Notch House

This was one of the best houses we’ve stayed in. The house was clean, it was decorated so cute and the bed were super comfortable! I would highly recommend this house to anyone with kids. The game room in the garage was so cool! Communication with the property manager was excellent!

WT Graduation Getaway

We had a great time and the kids loved the game room in the garage. I was nice to have a place to park a car inside and the neighborhood was really nice as well. The big people really enjoyed the fire pit in the back yard. The pergola was wonderful. We got to talk to the owners and I really enjoyed visiting with Matt. Thank You all for a Wonderful experience for not just the adults but the kids loved it too

Wedding Trip

Our stay at West Nest 2 was fantastic. Everything was as promised. The accommodations were very comfortable, including lots of blankets in the living area! Everything in the house worked. There was an issue with a gas smell from the fireplace one day, and we just didn't run it the rest of the time. But Matt was extremely responsive and helpful. We paid a pet deposit but ended up not bringing our pet and he refunded the deposit, which was appreciated. Overall, highly recommend this property and these hosts.

We needed a place for 10 adults (2 families with high school and college age kids) for our son’s wedding. The combination of 3 rooms with king/queen beds along with the 4 bunk beds and one couch was perfect. The game room in the garage was a great place as well . We also took advantage of the nice back porch to sit and visit and relax. House is in show-ready condition. Kitchen has good variety of cookware and utensils. We brought paper plates to make things easier for us. It was a much more economical option as well for 10. We would stay there again.

We had a great stay! The owners were very accommodating. The kids enjoyed the game room and bunk bed. The master suite was very inviting and equipped with a pack and play for an infant.The home felt very warm. The cleanliness was superb! We would definitely recommend.

Property manager was impressively responsive. Really nice place loaded with extras and amenities! Arrived to a dead water heater! Matt had it replaced in under 4 hours!! Wow! Great property close to WTAMU and downtown Canyon, less than 20min drive to Palo Duro State Park.
