"The property is advertised as being local and central to amenities. It is in the middle of nowhere. There is a shop 4km away down a motorway but not accessible by walking which we were assured. On arrival we found the villa had not been cleaned and beds were unmade. When the cleaning team came, they only washed the bedding from the master bedroom. The pool man only attended once in the week on the Tuesday. We cleaned the pool the rest of the time, it was not cleaned prior to our arrival and only...
