Perfect Place to stay!
So thrilled to finally get this review over to you both, apologies for the slight delay – life just got a little crazy on my end! But seriously, where do I even begin with "The Hummingbird House"? It’s simply magical, and I was so incredibly lucky to call it home for a whole winter. Honestly, Rene and Phyllis, you truly made my extended stay exceptional with your absolutely wonderful hospitality. You were the most welcoming and gracious hosts anyone could ask for! Every day there felt like a little slice of paradise. From the majestic eagles soaring and fishing right outside my window, to the constant, cheerful dance of the hummingbirds, and the truly calming symphony of bullfrogs and peepers at dusk – every moment was a pure delight for the senses. And the house itself! It's clear how much love went into making it so incredibly cozy and inviting, despite being brand new. It felt like a warm hug from the moment I stepped inside. Tucked away on that hardly-used road, it was the perfect tranquil sanctuary – so peaceful and quiet, just what I needed. I wholeheartedly recommend "The Hummingbird House" without a single reservation. It’s not just a place to stay; it’s an experience that really imprints on your heart and sticks with you long after you’ve left.
