"Had an emergency and had to be admitted to hospital, messaged the hotel to explain and asked if they could kindly move the stay date an extra 24 hours, no cancellation...no empathy, took the money and cancelled the booking....if that's the kind of hotel that they are, enjoy the money, I'm not that desperate....karma will find a way to return the favour ...so the rating that I would give them is.... Really there are no minuses"

"From the moment we arrived to when we left we had excellent service. Luca attended to us and made us feel very accommodated. He helped bring our luggages to our room, booked dinner reservations and even dropped of a bottle of their wine to our room. The property was very clean and the breakfast had a very good spread. "There was a loud construction noise coming from another room in the villa when we checked in at 7pm. The host messaged me saying that the noise would stop soon. It stopped for a few minutes but then started again and continued until about 9 pm. It then started again early on the following morning and continued until our check-out at 11 pm. "

"The hotel itself was good - clean and comfortable room. We did not find the staff to be too friendly or helpful - maybe due to the language barrier. The pool was located in a beautiful garden area, but was not heated so a little chilly. The beach is across the street and down a large bank of stairs - $$ to use hotel chairs. 10 minute walk to small town for restaurants."

"We had an amazing 10 days at Pete and Jools property in the beautiful little hamlet of Limiti. The villa is ideal for a couple and Pete and Jools have thought of everything required to make your stay extremely comfortable. The view from the terrace is amazing and so peaceful. Although we only used the pool a couple of times it is beautifully kept and the flowers and plants surrounding it are lovely. Pete and Jools gave us good recommendations on where to visit and for restaurants and the highlight was a visit to The Home restaurant in Palombaro - definitely recommend. This area of Italy has everything, beautiful scenery from the mountains to the sea, lots of little villages to explore and we particularly enjoyed our trips to Scanno and Rosacarro. Thank you so much Pete and Jools we will return. Hope Max is on the mend. "
