"We loved this place! Location was great. Kids had a blast in the outdoor pool, which had plenty of water toys. Great outdoor seating area with a fan that circulated air in the covered porch. The pool table in the converted garage kept everyone happy. TVs in every room was helpful during downtime. We will definitely be back!"

"This townhouse was the perfect set up for the four of us. It had 2 community pools within walking distance of the townhouse. Short drive to Siesta beach and to other stores needed. I give Kelly 5 star because she is very good at communicating and the townhouse was equipped with all necessary cooking equipment and utensils. I will be definitely staying with her again when we are down this way. Thank you Kelly for the great transitional rental booking process. "

"The villa was well-equipped and very clean. Beds and interior furniture were very comfortable. The view was peaceful, with lots of wildlife: birds, gators and deer. Only downside was exterior furniture overlooking the pool. Very cheap quality and uncomfortable.Also, not knowing the address until one hour before check-in made it difficult to forward mail. We ended up forwarding to a friend’s address instead. We thought this was an unnecessary inconvenience, given the fact that it was in a gated community and our access to the unit was limited by the gate before check-in."
