"Swimming outside in the hot pools was amazing. I would recommend bringing zip lock bags or waterproof bags to keep keys and phone dry"

"Linen’s were all stained. Even after we complained and the front desk bought us new linens they were stained too. No cups for water or coffee in the room. Hot tub water was ice cold and then unusable. Window sills in room were very dirty. I would never recommend this hotel"

"Accentuate the positive, I say. The staff was fabulous. Several other issues relative to a comfortable, satisfying stay need some work. Enough so, it prompted me to cancel a scheduled future stay at the property and stay elsewhere. With that, my gratitude for the excellent customer service!!"

"Stayed 8 days taking care of family business. No maid service unless asked for, but staff was always very responsive to requests for in-room coffee, clean towels, toilet paper, etc. Pool was closed for maintenance most of the time we were there, but looks very nice after renovations. Hot tub was being renovated the whole time. Breakfast bar provided a very good variety, and was very well maintained. Price was reasonable. Overall, a good place to stay a week."
