Welcome to Coastal Cottage in the heart of the Whitsundays! We offer a comfortable and convenient stay with full air-conditioning, unlimited WiFi and a large fenced yard ideal for pets and kids.
Walk to Cannonvale Beach, Coles shopping centre, and a variety of restaurants and cafes, including the Fat Frog. Boat ramps, marinas and downtown Airlie Beach are all just a short drive away. Please note the cottage is on the main road, so some traffic noise may be heard during peak hours.
Coastal Cottage is your ideal Whitsunday holiday base—close to Airlie Beach, Cannonvale Beach, marinas, restaurants and shopping. Perfect for families, couples or groups, this modern pet-friendly home offers comfort, space and convenience for short stays or longer vacations.
With three spacious bedrooms sleeping up to six guests, the cottage features an inviting open-plan living area, comfy lounge, dining space, large breakfast bar and cosy reading nook. The fully equipped modern kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals.
Relax on the outdoor deck, enjoy the birdlife, sip wine in the breeze or fire up the BBQ after a day exploring the Whitsundays.
We provide fresh linen, towels and toiletries, ensuring an easy and comfortable stay.
PETS: All pets are welcome (more than 2 dogs require approval, and an additional cleaning fee of $50). Pets may stay inside, but strictly no pets on furniture or beds. Extra cleaning fees apply if this rule is not followed.
CLEANING REFUND: Singles/couples who use only the downstairs area (and not the upstairs bathroom/bedrooms) may receive a $50 cleaning refund, subject to the rest of the home being left in good condition.
SECURE BOAT PARKING: Coastal Cottage has two entrances. If you have a large car or are bringing a boat, caravan, etc, the back entrance is the best option. There is a double gate for easy access to drive straight through into the back yard where you will be able to securely park your boat, caravan, etc for added peace of mind. A hose is available for wash

If you fail to respect our home or have more people staying then what was booked, we reserve the right to terminate your stay immediately without refund.
Please note the cottage is on the main road, so some traffic noise may be heard at peak times.
SECURITY CAMERAS: There are security cameras located at the front door and back deck. These are used primarily when the house is empty, however we reserve the right to turn them on if the neighbours complain or we feel you are breaking our rules.
**We have a permit through the Whitsunday Regional Council to use our house for short term accommodation**

Superb location. We booked primarily for the dual access to the backyard, which was ideal as we had three vehicles with jet skis.The house was welcoming, very comfortable, and exceptionally clean. It was well equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay.The host was excellent — communication was prompt and helpful throughout. We would definitely stay again when visiting the Whitsundays.
We loved our stay at Coastal Cottage. We were traveling with our dogs and the property was great for this. We really appreciated the back entrance as the front is on a very busy road. Location is close to everything you need. We would stay there again if we return to Airlie Beach.
Beautiful home to stay in, full air conditioned, very modern and don’t need anything as the house has it all, location was perfect, only 3 mins in car to lagoon, Cannonvale beach and board walk a stones throw away for walks with the dogs, host was fantastic to deal with and responded very quick if I had a question

As soon as I opened the front door, it felt very welcoming and very comfortable. We went.with a other couple and we had our own space and great to relax
Loved the property, the furniture was comfy, the location is great. Yes it’s situated on a main road but after the 6pm traffic it goes dead quiet. The house didn’t get too hot or too cold. We loved it and will be coming back!

We had a lovely stay in this very spacious and clean property. There was just the two of us and our dog but it can easily accommodate 6 people. The enclosed large garden is ideal for children or a dog. It is on a fairly busy road but this wasn’t an issue and the location is very handy for shops and cafes and the Marina for the many boat trips you can do. The house is very well equipped with everything you could need and more! Would highly recommend this property.
The house was great. It had a fantastic yard, safe for the dog and a great back deck too. Really well equipped and close to the beach and the very good Fat Frog cafe. Close to the walkway right into Airlie Beach town. Also walking distance to a shopping centre. The only downside to the place is the road is very noisy. We bought ear plugs for sleeping.

The Coastal Cottage suited us down to the ground, the perfect base for two couples and spoiled dog to explore Airlie Beach. Extremely clean and comfortable house with well equipped kitchen, lovely furnishings, and large fenced yard for the dog. Nice to be in Cannonvale close to Airlie Beach but away from the hustle and bustle. Amy’s communication was excellent and she kindly offered to return the special dog toy we left behind. All around top marks and highly recommended!
Thoroughly comfortable & clean house with a big yard though it is on a main road. Dogs had good time but I would be wary if they were jumpers as the front fence is not very high. Otherwise good and hopefully we’ll stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Amy’s Coastal Cottage. The location was very handy, walking distance to just about everything we needed. The cottage itself had plenty of room for our family of five, was very clean and well appointed. We travelled with a 6.5m boat and a JetSki and had a huge amount of room in the backyard for cleaning and storage of all vehicles and vessels. Communication with Amy was excellent and we would stay again here without any hesitation. Thank you Amy.
Our trip to Airlie Beach was about Rest & Relaxation. Coastal Cottage allowed us to do exactly that. It had everything that we needed for our getaway. We travelled with our dog Sox who loved the big back yard to run around in. We will definitely be back.
Amy’s house was a delightful place to land for a couple of days while our group did final preparation for our upcoming sailing week. The house was comfortable and had every thing we needed. We appreciated the air conditioning in each bedroom. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks Amy!
