Welcome to our charming 2-room apartment located in the prestigious Residence Gray d'Albion, just a 3-minute walk from the Palais des Festivals. Ideally situated, on 4th floor with elevator, this accommodation offers a comfortable stay in the heart of Cannes.



The spacious bedroom is equipped with twin beds (2x85x200) and an ensuite bathroom with bidet and hairdryer , a separate WC for added convenience. . The bright living room features a sofa bed (160x190) a television and opens onto a terrace with a partial view of the sea, creating an ideal space to relax and enjoy the fresh air.



The separated kitchen is functional with a small refrigerator, two electric stovetops, a microwave oven, a coffee machine, a toaster, and a kettle, allowing you to prepare meals according to your preferences.



The apartment benefits from the comfort of air conditioning provided by the building, with individual electric heating and collective hot water. Wi-Fi connectivity is available, and to facilitate your stay, we provide an iron and ironing board.
