Magnificent villa for 6 to 8 people ideally located in a quiet residential area, facing south, not overlooked.
Heated pool in winter and spring, air conditioning, wifi high speed fiber, all comfort.
Located in Antibes Juan les Pins, facing south, with large terrace, swimming pool, and beautiful garden with trees. Sea view from the second floor terrace. Very spacious villa without any opposite, sheltered from the wind and ideally oriented for the sun. Ideal for 6 to 8 persons. 5 double rooms with 160 beds and all comfort.
The villa is approved 4 stars by the tourist office since 2022.
Close to the center and beaches, in a private residential area, remote controlled gate protection, absolute tranquility
Once installed in the property, you feel like in a bubble, in the peace, with the swimming pool at permanent disposal, and the life on the terrace all day long... We are totally autonomous....tranquil without noise without opposite.... And as all the bedrooms, living room, terraces and swimming pool are exposed to the south, sheltered from the wind, it is warm enough even out of season to have lunch outside and to swim, especially with a hot water in any season at 28°C (heat pump) .

Great and quiet location - lovely pool

This was an excellent property to use as a base for watching the rugby world cup in the south of France. Great location between Juan les Pins and Antibes. Lovely swimming pool. If you wish to use this property for a relaxed villa based holiday be aware there is only one shared bathroom and one ensuite.

Lovely area

The property was good and suited our purpose. I would recommend a car as taxis and uba's were a bit difficult to get for 5 of us. The surrounding areas were really great and I would like to revisit. Veronique was extremely helpful on arrival and made our lives much easier.

A Wonderil Place

My son, daughter-in-law, and two grandchildren were thrilled with our time at Villa Carina! The heated pool made all the difference for the children especially—and the lights in the pool were magical. The yard is so beautiful! The villa was well fitted out. The new quilts and pillows and kitchen equipment all made us comfortable and made cooking convenient. Veronique greeted us warmly on arrival, and offered to help if we needed anything (We did not). I spent weeks choosing a place online, and feel I found the perfect spot in lovely Antibes for us all. Thank you, Gilles, and thank you, Veronique! Claire in Colorado, family in Denmark
