A bright and spacious studio with a lovely terrace, in the heart of Cannes, just under a 15 min walk from the Palais des Festivals.
Set in a secure building just on the outskirt of the main center of Cannes, this studio has been redecorated in 2017 with new furnishings, bedding, new kitchen.
The main room is spacious and very bright. It contains a small sofa bed for any extra guests, a good quality pull down bed, with a proper mattress, a flat screen TV and a coffee table.
There is a renovated shower room to your left, with a walk in shower, a guest toilet.
Also to your left is a modern kitchen, fully equipped with an oven, 2 x hobs, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, ...
The terrace is also quite spacious with a nice sitting area and a dining area. Nice open views can be enjoyed on all sides.
The apartment has a washing machine, wifi, air conditioning and private parking for one car.
350 meters (5 minute walk) from the nearest beach and 1.1 km (15 minute walk) from the Palais des Festival, this studio is ideal for a relaxing holiday in Cannes or for attending one of the many congresses at the Palais des Festivals.
