Located on the 3rd floor with elevator, it is ideally placed in the heart of the Carré d'Or, just 100 meters from the Croisette and its beaches and 300 meters from the Palais des Festivals.

- Balcony with table and chairs
- New, fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, 2 induction hobs, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine)
