Not worth the price
Hotel is in need of renovation. The service staff were not friendly and some were rude. Changed rooms twice to get one that was updated. The breakfast was adequate but lots of room for improvment.

Overpriced and grubby
Grubby overpriced tourist hotel. Desperately in need of a good clean and general refurbishment. Stayed here many times over the years. Staff are apathetic, one server for 15 tables for lunch, waited over half an hour for a menu so gave up. Not overly busy, just woefully mismanaged. Good beach access but if you want a sun bed be prepared for a many Euro fleecing. Can and should do a whole lot better.

I paid $1000.00 to upgrade my room and everything in the room was broken. Door broke, balcony door broke, TV broken, telephone old and broken . Staff rude. Room service slow to non existent, staff is not trained. The WORSE hotel experience. Ever. I want a refund

We had a fantastic vacation here; the staff are excellent. Very attentive, very classy and from the moment you arrive you know that these guys run a tight ship. Very reasonable price for valet parking too (15 Euro)... The massage at the spa was one of the best I've ever had. Can't say enough good things about the spa staff. Minor disappointments; the "fitness room" is essentially a bug empty room with a couple of home gym cardio machines, some mats and a very haphazard Dumbbell rack. I wish they had better gym equipment. Finally, the food at the restaurant is ok, but could be better. We ended up only eating at the hotel restaurant twice during our stay because it was unremarkable but convenient. However there are several great restaurants within walking distance which is one of the reasons we chose here anyway. Overall would definitely come back.

Please note that in our fitness we provide some equipment for those who want to keep fit, although we do not have all the equipment present in other gyms. However, if you want more personalized training, you can book a session with our coach. For your information, we planned to change completely our fitness equipment at the end of the year with new and more products. Nevertheless, we are delighted to have been able to make you live a "fantastic" stay thanks to all our services and benefits. And I will not fail to share your compliments with all my team and especially the masseuses of the Royal The Institute who will be delighted to know that you have been sensitive to their care. This facility has a mold problem. The shower water spills copiously on the adjacent bathroom carpet, in both rooms we were in. The mold smell in these rooms was unbelievable. Had to sleep with the balcony door wide open to minimize the smell. The management seems oblivious to this very obvious problem. My advice is to stay away. By the way, the everything looks dirty in this hotel, except for the lobby.

The hotel was old and run down. Guy at restaurant was about as rude as one could be. And what they don’t tell you is they charge you for lounge chairs at the pool becuase they open access to the public.

Also, we have recently renewed all the outdoor furniture of the pool, restaurant, and bar, and, setting up a new "rooftop" area, which you can enjoy this summer, with new bar, restaurant, lounge area and canopies. Moreover, I am very surprised by your comment regarding our server because it does not correspond to our usual standards. We will try to find out what happened and improve it. Thank you for letting us know. Finally, the deckchair service is available for a fee, as it is in all 4 * hotels on the French Riviera. Of course, as a hotel guest, you benefit from a preferential rate in low and high season. However, sunbed prices are indicated on our website, in booking confirmations as well as when you check in on your arrival. Also please note that during summer when the tourist influx is at its peak, the deckchair service is only open to external guests if there is room left on the same day.Nevertheless, we are fortunate to benefit from an exceptional location "on the edge of the sea" which allows you if you prefer to settle on the public beach and enjoy the beach and the swimming pool with free access. If you give us the opportunity to win back your trust, I can assure you that we will do our best to provide you with the great experience our guests look forward to every day. Best regards.

Staff was outstanding from the gentlemen meeting you at the door, the ladies were super helpful at the front desk and went above and beyond to help me with car rental delivery, directions, calls, etc. The staff at the restaurant and room service was great, housekeepers were so friendly and great. Never ever!
I paid almost 700€ for one night. When I arrived they told me they have no rooms. After some discussions they find a room for me. They said that it's deluxe room which I paid for. But wasn't. I was sleeping on the couch! The price for breakfast was 100€ wich was definitely not worth it. It was average breakfast from 3* hotel with no fresh vegetable, no special food.

Der Service in dem Hotel ist unorganisiert und uninteressiert. Das führt dazu das am Morgenbuffet 5 Mitarbeiter nacheinander fragen ob Kaffee gewünscht wird und an anderen Tagen gar niemand fragt. Einen Tisch zu kriegen ist Glückssache weil auch vollgemüllte Tische einfach liegen gelassen werden und wenn du einen Tisch hast kanns auch mal passieren das der Stuhl dazu selber organisiert werden muss. Die "Designer" Stühle sind richtig verbraucht und da Durchsichtig erlauben Sie die Sicht auf ungewolltes am Morgen. Der Privatstrand ist nett aber ein Sonnenstuhl kostet zusätzlich 25 bis 35 Euro pro Tag was schnell mal ins Geld geht. Das Zimmer inklusive Nasszellen und Balkon ist mit einem speziellen Teppich ausgelegt was mich an der Sauberkeit zweifeln lässt wenn man direkt nach dem Putzen das Zimmer betritt ist der gesamte Boden Nass und Klebrig. Das Deluxe Zimmer lohnt sich nicht der einzige Unterschied ist 6 oder 7 Stock und ein Holzbrett an der Wand zum liegen. Am letzten Tag ging uns die Klimaanlage defekt. Es brauchte 3 Receptionsbesuche und 9 Std bis das Problem gelöst wurde. Das Hotel ist aus meiner Sicht maximal ein 3 Stern Hotel und wenn ein Hotel selbst in Corona Zeiten kein Interesse an Gästen zeigt ist es fraglich ob ich andere Pullman Hotel besuchen werde.

Wonderful stay
Beautiful location, really nice room and very helpful staff. The hotel needs reburbishment soon, but everything worked and we will definetely come back soon again.

Great location, but rooms need work.
The hotel is in a wonderful location. We had a Deluxe room with a fantastic view. However, the room not in excellent shape, needs to be refurbished. Also, we could hear the elevator constantly during the day and late into the night. The bed was fantastic and the breakfast very good.

Relaxing Holiday
Lovely hotel, perfect location for a week relaxing in the sun. The hotel was about a 10 minute walk from the local train station so you can travel to Cannes/ Nice ect easily. Lovely big room, very comfortable and with everything you need. Only downfall is that you need to pay for sun loungers - expect to pay about €50 a day. The sun loungers are also available for people not staying in the hotel to reserve meaning that hotel guests can be left without - to avoid this make sure you reserve in advance. Despite this, a great hotel with very attentive staff - will be returning.

About the sunbeds, they are available on supplement as all 4* hotels on the French Riviera. In order to have the possibility of book them before your stay and be assure to have it when you want. As hotel guest, you benefit from preferential rates and it start at only 25€ per day. We strive to provide you the best services, so if we can, stay assured that we will find you a sunbed. However, we benefit from an exceptional location "on the edge of the sea" that allows you, if you wish to sit on the public beach and enjoy our pool and free access to the beach.
