    Set in a residential street, the apartment is ideal for a short stay in Cannes or to attend one of the main conferences at the Palais des Festivals.

    It is 250 meters from the beach front and under a 15 minute walk to the Palais des Festivals.

    The apartment gets a lot of natural sun light as it faces south, the living area is very comfortable with a well equipped open plan kitchen.
