Lovely and Cosy Studio just off Croisette

Located in the heart of Cannes, this lovely studio offers you all the comfort you need. It is ideal for a single traveller or a couple and this flat is equipped with internet access, bed linens, towels, dishes…etc. (all included in the price). This apartment is an ideal location for your holidays (1-minute walking from the beaches) and for your business trips (5 minutes walking from the Palais des Festivals).

Accessibility: Short walking distance from the train & bus station.

Please meet us at the reception of the Hotel Florian 8 rue Commandant André to collect the keys or receive the instructions in case of a late check-in (after 10pm).

We can arrange airport transfert to/from Nice Airport for 1 to 5 people by car or van. We have several cars or vans and our drivers will wait for you directly at the airport with your name on a board. Our drivers are also available to assist you during your stay.

Fine to stay

Check in process was easy and great. Communication with the host was great as well. The studio is comfortable and clean for the most part, other than for some black mold in the shower. Also it is over some Type of bar/club so you do hear loud music until about 4am. Location is great and close to everything.
