Décevant malgré l'emplacement

Appartement bien situĂ© mais trĂšs vĂ©tuste et pas isolĂ© il nĂ©cessiterait un nettoyage complet du sol au plafond, ainsi qu’un rafraĂźchissement gĂ©nĂ©ral avec une bonne couche de peinture. L’isolation phonique est inexistante on entend tout ce qui se passe dans l’immeuble, notamment les voisins. La porte d’entrĂ©e de la chambre a Ă©tĂ© condamnĂ©e de façon trĂšs grossiĂšre, donnant directement sur la cage d’escalier sans aucune isolation, on entend tout ce qui se passe mĂȘme la fumĂ©e de cigarettes passe Ă  travers.De plus, seule la premiĂšre chambre est climatisĂ©e : les deux autres n’ont aucune climatisation, ce qui fait que la tempĂ©rature est proche de 30, ce qui rend les nuits trĂšs inconfortables en pĂ©riode de chaleur.Le potentiel est lĂ , mais un sĂ©rieux effort d’entretien, de rĂ©novation et d’équipement est indispensable pour rendre ce logement agrĂ©able et conforme aux attentes.
