An ideal setting to fully enjoy the holiday atmosphere of the French Riviera, combining relaxation and comfort.
The area offers all the conveniences of the city center: shops, restaurants, and supermarkets are within easy walking distance, making your stay both practical and enjoyable without the need to rely constantly on a car.
From the residence, Cannes is easily accessible: frequent train connections allow you to reach the city center quickly and stress-free. You can easily get to the Palais des Festivals for conferences and events, stroll along the famous Croisette, or explore the charming historic Suquet district with its traditional Marché Forville.
For those who enjoy outdoor walks, the city center can also be reached on foot via the seafront, offering a pleasant panoramic coastal promenade that directly connects the different areas of the city.
You will have access to the entire apartment, and all equipment is at your disposal, unless otherwise specified on site.

Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest.
After 8:00 PM, check-ins are subject to validation, except during conference periods and in the summer.
Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self-check-in and are requested to communicate their preference in advance.
In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on-site. Please note that physical check-in after 8:00 PM incurs an additional fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival, except during conference periods and in the summer.
For self-check-in, a key box is available.

A copy of your ID may be requested prior to your arrival.

We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
