Located on Rue Félix Faure just 50 meters from the Palais des Festivals, this bright two-bedroom apartment overlooks the harbor and offers a comfortable Cannes base with a balcony and air conditioning in every room. Beaches, restaurants and the Croisette are all within a few minutes on foot.

Just behind the Palais des Festivals, Rue Félix Faure captures the vibrant energy of central Cannes. The harbor is only steps away, cafés line the streets, and the Croisette beaches are reached within minutes.

This apartment enjoys an exceptional position only 50 meters from the Palais, ideal for both business stays and Riviera escapes.

Inside, the living space is bright and open, with high ceilings and natural light enhancing the welcoming atmosphere. The living room opens onto a balcony and includes a sofa bed and television.

The open kitchen is fully equipped for everyday comfort and connects seamlessly with the living area.

Two bedrooms each feature a king-size bed, dressing space and a desk. Two bathrooms provide additional comfort, one with a bath and toilet and the other with a shower and separate toilet.

Air conditioning is installed throughout the apartment, ensuring a pleasant interior environment year-round.

Located on the second floor of a recently renovated building, the apartment currently has no operational elevator, though no construction work will occur during reservations.

From here, Cannes reveals itself easily: the Palais is just two minutes away, the beaches are a short walk away, and restaurants and shops surround the neighborhood.

Check-in is autonomous via key box. The key boxes are located at strategic points in Cannes (not necessarily at the apartment address). We select the most convenient solution for you. Access instructions and key box details are sent the day before arrival in the early evening.

Alternative check-in options (early arrival, airport transfer, in-person welcome) are available upon request and subject to availability, with additional fees.

Check-out time is 11:00am. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay.

If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee.

Before leaving, we ask you to:
- Empty the refrigerator
- Wash your dishes or place them in the dishwasher
- Take out the trash

Failure to comply may result in a €36 deduction from your deposit.

Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately. If possible, we kindly ask you to replace the item with a similar or identical product and send us a photo confirmation.

For the comfort of all:
Bringing animals into the apartment will result in a €150 charge
Smoking inside will result in a €100 charge
Parties or excessive noise will result in a €200 charge

These measures ensure the quality of the apartment and preserve the balance of the neighborhood we are proud to be part of.
