Sweet little apartment with amazing sea front balcony

Very small but everything there that you need. Sylvie came in for check-in and check-out and was very friendly and helpful. We didn´t try cooking, so I can´t judge the kitchen equipment, but the place is clean and the balcony is gorgeous. Note that there are no shops or bars/ restaurants really nearby and that you pay extra for linens and towels if required and for the cleaning if you don´t want to do it yourself. But still, great value for money!

Nice apartment, nice location

We spent a week in this very nice and extremely clean apartment. It is equipped with everything you need for a vacation. It looks exactly like in the presented pictures. The large balcony provides a splendid view. It is situated in a "closed" building (with code at the gate), it has it's own parking space in the courtyard. A nice public beach is just 200 m from the location and a Carrefour market is less than 2 km away. Internet connection is also very good. The owner (Sylvie) was very helpful and a good host. We have enjoyed our vacation on the French Riviera. Merci beacoup, Sylvie.

The perfectly located seaside apartment.

After a long drive from the UK meeting a host as friendly and helpful as Sylvie made us feel so welcome. The apartment is typical for this area in that its not too huge but has everything you could need, a real homely feeling.The apartment has glass enclosed balcony, that can be opened or enclosed. This overlooks the immaculately kept gardens with amazing views through to the wrap around sea views which coming from a grey wet London were simply stunning! We had our own car so explored both inland, St Paul de Vence and Gourdon real highlights and along the coast west to Menton and East to Saint Aygulf and St Raphael. Making this apartment, for us ideally located. There was some slight overnight noise at the rear of the building, rail line and screaming frogs? But we relocated to the front of the apartment, with its sofa bed and black out shutters meaning we slept too long every night, which was lovely. For anyone not wishing to drive the apartment has a lovely stretch of sand directly across the road, a two minute walk.With restaurants and cafe booths with plenty of seating. An easy bus ride into Cannes and the 'highlife' or in the opposite direction, the castle and Marina at La Napoule.So much to see and do. We simply had a wonderful holiday and will definately be back to stay again, thank you Sylvie.

Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett, jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfreich bei der Ankunft. Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet, befindet sich jedoch viel weiter außerhalb von Cannes als auf dem Lageplan von fewo dargestellt. Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt am Appartement.

Super séjour à Cannes. Communication facile avec Sylvie qui me répondait toujours dans les meilleurs délais avant notre arrivée et toujours disponible pendant le séjour. Sylvie nous a réservé un bel accueil. L’appartement était très propre à notre arrivée. Très bel emplacement, nous avons bien profité de la belle terrasse ensoleillée avec vue sur mer. Abbiamo trascorso tre giorni a Cannes l’appartamento è piccolo ma funzionale.La vista dal terrazzino verandato è splendida . Molto comodo il posto auto. Sylvie è stata gentilissima anche per averci aspettato per il check-in avevamo due ore di ritardo a causa del traffico. Per raggiungere Cannes è necessaria l’auto. Grazie per la bella vacanza!

Accueil parfait et vue mer très appréciable

Un peu loin du centre de Cannes, mais ce n’est pas un problème si l’on a une voiture, un parking vous est réservé. Les bus vous amènent également sans difficulté au centre de la ville. Immeuble et appartement bien entretenus, et Sylvie l’hôte des lieux est aux petits soins pour vous rendre votre séjour le plus agréable possible.
