We had the pleasure of staying at this lovely villa. The house is well-equipped with everything needed for daily comfort. The location is excellent—just 10 to 15 minutes from Cannes and close to the harbor.

Second stay - even better than the first one

Angelo’s villa is outright stunning. Our second stay there and it was even better. Only thing which bothered us first time was the ant’s, this year no ants! Also Angelo keeps making the place better now with an automatic Gate opener and other little touches. Impeccable Place!

Breathtaking views and French Rivera Charm

Incredible Villa with modern interior touches. The Star is the huge Patio, pool, property size, rooftop patio, 5 bed and bathroom and the views the views the views. Driveway really small and tight and requires a lot of manoeuvring, but everything else is amazing.

Fabulous family holiday

We felt at home as soon as we arrived - had a few issues with the house but Sandrine was quick to assist and mostly able to resolve. The house is spacious and comfortable but the best part of the experience was the terrace and the views . A bit of a walk to nearest shop which was not an issue for us, and we loved everything about Golfe Juan which was super relaxed and not crazy bysy even in July

View great. Hard to get to and lots of walking to do anything unless you rent a car. There needs to be more instructions on how to work ac, oven, etc. They have a serious problem with ants.

Excellent property - clean secure and comfortable with space for 10 to sit together inside and out; superbly equipped; superbly managed (Sandrine was wonderful and responsive); in an excellent location with stunning views … we didn’t hire a car but weren’t constrained … trains and Uber took the strain. Three minor points to note: The 5th room is in an annex attached to the garage - separately accessed - with no external windows or ventilation to the bedroom (perfect for teenage boys!);The pool is great but there are a list of rules longer than your arm about its usage (not so perfect for teenage boys!); andThere are obviously external CCTV cameras which we don’t recall being mentioned in the particulars. Oh, yes there are ants but not inside and nor excessively so outside … if you clean up after yourselves.

Spectacular

What can I say about the view? Stunning. Everything was perfect. The house is amazing. Such a warm feeling villa. 4 bedrooms and 4 baths so for a girls trip of 4. It fit our needs perfectly. The house overlooks the swimming pool and town. Too bad we did not travel during the warmer months so we could utilize the swimming pool. There was nothing not provided. There is a washer and dryer in case you need it and hairdryers in every bath so we did not have to take up room in our suitcases for that. The kitchen had anything you could think you might need. A central location for visiting the towns of Antibes, Cannes, and Nice and just a little more driving to visit Eze and Monaco. The house sits behind gates and has an alarm system so you always feel safe. Sandrine was wonderful. Being from the U.S. and not being familiar with French roads we got lost as we arrived after dark. Sandrine came and met us and led us up to the house. She explained all we needed to know about the house and everything went off without a hitch. It was an easy process booking with Angelo and having him answer questions we wanted to know before we arrived there. We hope Angelo and Sandrine were as happy with us as we were with them. We hope we followed all directions required for turning the house back over to them as this property is a great VRBO and I would hate to see it removed from rental.

Ein tolles Ferienhaus

Wir haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen. Organisatorisch hat alles gut funktioniert und geklappt. Die Aussicht ist einfach traumhaft schön. Innen ist das Haus sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt nichts. Einen Minuspunkt müssen wir leider für den sussenbereich geben ... die Gemütlichkeit hat uns gefehlt, eine Lounge aussen hätte es gerade abends gemütlicher gemacht. Die Stühle am Esstisch waren ohne Kissen, was nicht so angenehm war. Auch 1 Sonnenschirm für ein 10 Personen Haus ist etwas zu wenig. Da könnte man noch etwas machen. Ansonsten war es wirklich toll und ist empfehlenswert.

Beautiful villa with a beautiful view

The manager Sandrine welcomed us after our first search to find the house and we cannot else than state that the house is lovely, the pool amazing and the view breath taking. The house is located near Cannes and you can walk down to get your fresh bread in the morning. We were in Cannes for business and we were proud to welcome some guests for a drink in this lovely villa. We will defenitily book for next year!
