- Located in a secure residence, this beautiful three-room apartment of 80 m² is located 8 minutes walk from the Palais des Festivals. The apartment features a spacious living area including a lounge area with a sofa bed and a dining area, opening onto a terrace fitted with a summer lounge. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living area and also provides access to the terrace. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms with two single beds each (possibility of converting them into double beds), with an adjoining bathroom and balcony.
