The apartment of 53 m2 is located in one of the most beautiful residence of Golfe Juan. The couple of guards has an office at the entrance. Wifi in the apartment AVAILABLE.
Access to the residence and the garden is totally secure and private.
You enter the apartment directly in the living room dining room of 28 m2, with a big cupboard, a sofa bed 2 places as well as 2 armchairs all leather, a dining room in cherry, a flat screen TV, a hifi MP3 player.
All rooms overlook the 15 m2 terrace where you can admire the flower garden all year round and maintained every week by a landscaping team.
On the right you will see the sea.
The kitchen faces the entrance is independent, you will find oven - microwave - refrigerator - vitroceramic hotplates - coffee machine - dishwasher - toaster, as well as all necessary crockery.
To the left of the entrance is the toilet, the bathroom with shower / bathtub - 2 washbasins and washing machine.
The room has a large wardrobe, a bed of 140x180 cms, 2 clothes door.

Nous avons passé 2 très belles semaines ! Appartement très agréable et conforme à la description avec une superbe terrasse ! Equipements impeccables. Tout pour se sentir comme chez soi. Très bien situé avec bus devant la résidence pour aller à Antibes, Cannes, Vallauris, Juan-Les-Pins… et proches des commerces. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Catherine qui était présente si besoin et avons eu un très bon contact avec le propriétaire Mr Michel Colle. Nous y retournerons !! Mr COLLE a tout prévu pour que les touristes se sentent au mieux dans ce superbe appartement, belle terrasse, endroit et vue incroyable, nous ressentons dans cet appartement un bien être, la gentillesse du propriétaire au téléphone à fait que nous étions rassurés pour cette location.Mr Colle est un propriétaire que je recommanderais sans hésitations. Location idéale, très bien équipée et bien située pour visiter la région (bus en bas de l'appartement ,1,50 euros par personne pour aller à Cannes ou Nice) Résidence calme, fleurie très bien entretenue avec parking appréciable. La personne chargée de nous accueillir est très agréable et le gardien est très simpathique. Propriétaire à l'écoute de ses locataires. Je recommanderai cette location.

L'appartement correspond exactement à la description et aux photos. Donc bel appartement, très agréable, très bien équipé, très bien placé ( commerces, bus, gare, port...), dans une très belle résidence bien entretenue, fleurie même en hiver. Le propriétaire est disponible par téléphone/mail de plus la personne qui vous accueille est charmante. Idéal pour visiter Cannes/ antibes/ Grâce/ Le Tanneron/Gourdon....;;;;;également idéalement placé pour les GOLGEURS!!! Excellentes vacances assurées par ce choix !

Charmante Location, séjour très agréable

Appartement idéal, très bien équipé : lave-linge, lave-vaisselle pour un confort optimal. La grande terrasse permet de se reposer et offre une jolie vue sur le magnifique parc. L'appartement est très bien situé géographiquement, proche des commerces, des transports en communs et de la mer ! De plus, la place de parking en souterrain est précieuse. La personne chargée de nous accueillir est particulièrement sympathique. Le propriétaire est très disponible et très à l'écoute de nos suggestions. Chaque année, il apporte des nouveautés pour notre bien-être. Nous apprécions beaucoup son honnêteté, car ce n'est pas toujours le cas ailleurs, malheureusement. Nous y retournons tous les ans avec grand plaisir.

Location idéale...

Localisation parfaite et centrale, proche de tout: poste, commerces, plage, transports train & bus... à 2 pas de Cannes, Juan les pins et Antibes. Une résidence très bien entretenue que nous connaissons depuis des années avec un beau jardin. L'appartement est propre, très bien équipé (four, bouilloire, cafetière, grille pain, micro onde, lave vaisselle et de la vaisselle pour cuisiner... c'est rare!), un grand balcon qui permet de prendre les repas au soleil et un vrai canapé en cuir pour regarder la tv à écran plat. La chambre séparée est un atout et le grand lit très confortable; le lit 1p dans le sejour aussi. Une salle de bain fonctionnelle avec baignoire/douche et un lave linge. Bref, avec un propriétaire disponible et à l'écoute, c'est une location ... idéale pour les vacances!

La location est conforme aux photos le parc est magnifique la copropriété bien entretenue (commun fait tous les jours) tous est à proximité pas besoin de sortir la voiture. Le propriétaire est un homme charmant et disponible. la grande terrasse donnant sur le jardin est très agréable. l'appartement est très fonctionnel. Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances.

Notre séjour du 1 er au 15 mai 2011 a été très agréable, tous les commerces à proximités, le port et la plage à 15 mn par rue commerçante. Le propriétaire est très attentionné mais pas envahissant, La description de la location est conforme. ( aucune déception.) la place de parking privée en sous sol très pratiques sur la Cotes d'Azur. Vue agréable sur parc tres fleuri de la résidence. Location à prendre sans hésiter. Résidence calme.
