Spacious apartment and very central location

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Cannes and in this spacious apartment. It’s large, modern, has good size rooms and offers easy access to all Cannes has to offer. The furnishings were rather basic (all IKEA) and I was disappointed with the lack of basics such as towels, teatowels and pillows. There aren’t enough of them and at the price you pay, I would think these would be in ample supply. The apartment is also on the 3rd level (high winding stairs) without a lift so it wouldn’t work for people with mobility challenges or a lack of strength/fitness. Overall a great apartment and would stay here again.

Great apartment but stairs to climb

This place was located perfectly for our traveling group of 8. Eva was great and very helpful and available for any questions and suggestions. Apartment was nicely decorated and comfortable. My only complaint is that the apartment is located on the 3rd level up a large spiral staircase and was very difficult for my 2 sets of elderly parents to tackle these stairs every time we left and returned which they dreaded. I think it should be advertised that there is no elevator present. Getting our luggage up was very difficult as well. If stairs are no problem for your group, this place is perfect!

Perfect location right in the center! Very spacious and comfortable apartment with a warm feel to it! We were with group of 8 and had a fantastic stay. The apartment has a great location. Everything is walkable, with the beach, restaurants and shops just minutes away! Apartment was also very clean and the fresh towels in each room gave it a true hotel experience. I would definitely recommend this listing to my friends and we already made a booking for next year!

Perfect for the conference

Very good to work at the palais

Our host met us at the apartment, and showed us around. The location was very good. The apartment was clean and nice, I would recommend this as a great place to stay if like us, you're in Cannes at the Palais as it's only about a 5 min walk, and there's plenty of nice bars and cafes nearby.

What a great place. Highly recommendable! It's even better than the pictures. Very spacious, makes you feel home. Great kitchen, very well renovated. Everything is easily reachable on foot.
