A two bedroom, 2 bathroom, light and airy apartment in the prestigous Croix des Gardes area of Cannes which is on an elevated floor with marvellous views out over the Croix des Gardes and the sea beyond which can be enjoyed from a large private terrace.
On entering the apartment you are struck by the light and space, and the amazing sea view from the front terrace.
The living area has a comfortable sofa, easy chair and a dining table for up to 6 people, it also leads out to the terrace which has lounging furniture and amazing views or the sea, the hills, the islands and the pool and garden below.
The master bedroom is off the living area, and can be closed or opened up with a large sliding wooden pannel. There is also access directly to the terrace from the master bedroom so that you can enjoy the sea views in bed! This bedroom has a large en suite bathroom with WC and a bath with shower attachment.
The 2nd bedroom has twin beds also has it's own little terrace, and there is a second shower room next to this bedroom, which has it's own WC and stand up shower.
The kitchen is well equipped and has access to a small terrace a the back.
There is no air conditioning in this apartment, it is on a high floor and open exposition on both sides makes it very breezy.
Just outside the main gated entrance is a vast area for hiking, sports, leisurely walks and cycling.
The sea front and beaches are a 30 min walk or just under 10 minutes in the car. The Palais des Festivals is 15 minutes in the car depending on traffic.

Lors de ma réservation je n'avais pas vu qu'il n'y avait pas la climatisation autant vous dire que c'était insupportable la nuit la petite de trois ans a pris un coup de chaud d'ailleurs avec température obligés de rentrer avant.De plus le ménage inexistant le congélateur pas dégivré depuis des lustres avec de la nourriture coincée dedans et ne parlons pas du micro ondes dommage superbe résidence et appartement avec une vue magnifique mais c'est tout malheureusement
