Enjoy a cup of coffee on the large sofa, listen to your favourite music or prepare delicious meals in the modern kitchen and serve yourself with a glass of good French wine.



In between, take a refreshing dip in the pool and enjoy a game of water polo. Relax on the terrace while chatting with your loved ones or browse through your holiday reading.



Discover the famous Croisette, Cannes' magnificent seafront promenade, where you can relax on the beach, stroll through exclusive boutiques and enjoy the glamorous atmosphere. Take a stroll through the old town of Le Suquet with its charming alleyways and enjoy the view over the city and the sea. Visit the offshore Lérins Islands, which are one of the highlights of Cannes with their beautiful nature, monasteries and crystal-clear water.



Please note: The swimming pool and garden are open Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm. The pool can also be used at weekends on prior request. On request and for a fee: barbecue, cot and high chair.

Inserat war anders beschrieben, als wir es dann vorgefunden haben. Den Garten haben wir uns mit den Vermietern geteilt und am Wochenende durfte der Garten laut den Bestimmungen des Vermieters gar nicht genutzt werden. Sie haben für uns eine Ausnahme gemacht, aber wir wollten nicht direkt neben den Vermietern im Garten sitzen. Geschirrspüler und Kühlschrank waren schmutzig bei Ankunft. Geschäfte nur zu Fuß erreichbar. Da nur kostenpflichtige TG beim Supermarkt.

L'appartement est bien placé à 15 mn de la croisette. Très propre avec place de parking. Tout confort et tout ce dont on a besoin. Idéalement situé pour visiter la région. N'hésitez pas !

L’appartement est très propre très bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Les propriétaires sont très gentils. Une très bonne adresse à garder en mémoire.

Une semaine parfaite

Cet appartement est juste parfait, très bien rénové, décoré avec goût, pour autant très fonctionnel, le matériel mis à disposition est de bonne qualité, bravo pour la douche ! Nous avons été extrêmement bien accueillis malgré notre arrivée matinale, avec une attention très appréciée pour le linge de maison ! De plus, l'appartement est très bien situé, au calme et proche du centre-ville, facilement accessible à pied. Nous recommandons vivement !!

Liebevolle, bis ins Detail eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit Stil und Komfort. In ruhiger Lage und das Stadtzentrum ( Strand ) gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr zu empfehlen.
