This was our second time staying here, and the lobby smelled wonderful. The rooms were clean and offered gorgeous views of the city. The staff were friendly, welcoming, professional, and helpful, while Housekeeping, Bell, and Valet services were prompt and efficient. It’s also conveniently located near stores, shops, restaurants, and the strip. We loved our stay and will definitely be returning.

Old and rusty… concierge service provided wrong info that make me pay $100 more for show tickets. I ask them if I can purchase sphere show tickets at sphere ticket window and they said only can purchase online, but sphere customer service/ ticket agent at the location said that is NOT true… They just want to earn their commission 😡… bad and unethical work tactics. Dont trust them at all.
