The villa Casa El Cerro is located on a great spot overlooking the valley and the small village of Rubite. A beautiful home that just breathes serenity, and is the perfect place when you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. When renting a car during your visit it is recommanded to not choose the cheapest and weakest car, for the last few 150 meters to the gate of the villa are steep. And this is also a good idea when you like to go for a drive through the area for some sightseeing.

Goed verzorgd schoon huis! Rook heerlijk bij aankomst en gezellige mensen. Flesje wijn koud in de koelkast. Wel erg afgelegen en een steile helling omhoog dus auto zeker benodigd. Mensen komen hier voor de rust. Het huisje mist wel airco wat we echt wel nodig hadden met 51 graden in de volle zon.

Aankomt was goed geregeld , de huiseigenaar ging ons voor op de avontuurlijke weg naar de villa. Het huis had op een paar kleine dingen na alles wat je maar nodig had om er te kunnen genieten van de stilte en het geweldige uitzicht. De tuin was prachtig en heerlijk om in te zitten. Minpuntje waren de vele wespen en bijen. Zwembad is heerlijk om in af te koelen voor je je bedje induikt. Aandachtpunt voor de eigenaar zijn de bedden , de matrassen zijn heel hard en dan is het fijn dat er toppers zijn die je op je matras kan leggen.

De aankomst verliep vlekkeloos en was hartverwarmend. De accomodatie is heerlijk en op een prachtige berg met adembenemend uitzicht. Het is toch dicht bij Malaga en bij de kust. Tochtjes door het achterland zijn een aanrader. De huiseigenaren zijn heel vriendelijk en toegankelijk. Alleen heeft de 3e slaapkamer eigenlijk te kleine bedden. Ik zou daar bedden voor volwassenen plaatsen.

De gastvrouw wachtte ons op en begeleide ons de berg op naar de accomodatie. We kwamen in een goed verzorgd huis met een heerlijk zwembad met een fantastisch uitzicht. Complete rust en vrijheid. Tips van de gastvrouw voor een goed restaurant. Zelfs eieren van haar eigen kippen kregen we de tweede dag. Een schitterende accomodatie. Boodschappen in de buurt centraal gelegen in de driehoek Cordoba - Malaga - Granada.

Een prachtige accommodatie op een prachtige locatie! Het huis (een mooie villa) ...

Een prachtige accommodatie op een prachtige locatie! Het huis (een mooie villa) is rustig gelegen op de de top van een berg met een schitterend uitzicht over de bergachtige omgeving. De ontvangst was hartelijk, de eigenaren zijn bijzonder vriendelijk en vragen werden (via Whatsapp) snel beantwoord (in het Engels). In de warme maand augustus is het ruime zwembad, dat twee keer per week wordt schoongemaakt, de ideale plek voor verkoeling. Naast het zwembad bevindt zich een buitendouche, een barbecue en een toiletruimte. In de tuin groeien citroenen, avocado's en peertjes. Een supermarkt is zo'n 20 minuten rijden en verder zijn (bijvoorbeeld) Malaga, Nerja en Granada (Alhambra) goed bereikbaar. Een tip voor natuurliefhebbers is het park El Torcal de Antequera. Een auto is noodzakelijk en houd er rekening mee dat de weg naar het huisje een 'avontuurlijke' weg is (zeker voor mensen met enige hoogtevrees).

2 jaar geleden reeds ook geweest en nu dus voor de 2 keer ( 2 weken ) , het ontvangst was hartelijk en zowel wij als de eigenaars ( Reme Paco ) waren blij om elkaar weder te zien . De eigenares spreekt zelf beter engels dan ervoor en we leerden zelfs wat spaans van haar Het huis zelf was zelfs nog mooier geworden en super om na een uitstap terug tot rust te komen en volledige privacy te hebben en prive zwembad Tevens is het ook een ideale basis om de wijde omgeving te bezoeken zoals nerja , malaga , torremolinos , benalmadena en iets verder ca 1,5u rijden marbella en 2 uurtjes rijden van gibraltar Zelf hebben we het selwopack genomen dat te koop is en geen spijt van ( enkel selwo marina is aan de kleinere kant ) Een daguitstap naar gibraltar is ook aan te raden ( best parkeren ondergrondse garage spaanse kant ) en daarbij de marina bay kan je dolfijnen gaan spotten in het wild ( AANRADER ) neem hiervoor de blauwe boot ( dolphine safari ) en niet de gele boot- deze zitten soms overvol - Een wagen is wel vereist om er te geraken en om uitstappen / voedingswinkel te gaan De eerste keer de trip naar het huisje vanaf renault trucks ( afspreekpunt bij aankomst ) is spectaculair maar zonder problemen te doen Volgende zomer komen we zeker terug gr Steven Hilde Tom Liana en Demi

Helemaal perfect! Het is een super mooi huis dat heel erg schoon was, lekker fris rook en bijna alles is aanwezig van handdoeken tot pizzaroller. Het huis heeft een super mooi uitzicht over de bergen en je hebt er alle privacy. De huiseigenaren zijn top! De vrouw kan redelijk goed Engels. Ze doen er alles aan om je een fantastische vakantie te bezorgen. Als we haar appte kregen we binnen een paar minuten antwoord en ze overlegt wanneer ze langs kan komen om het zwembad schoon te maken. Wij hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad!!

‘S Avonds laat geland in Malaga. Op het afgesproken punt vlakbij het huis werden we opgewacht door de uiterst vriendelijke eigenaren. Zij gidsten ons in het donker de berg op. Een zeer smal weggetje zonder vangrails. Prachtig uitzicht en een even fraaie omgeving. We willen graag nog eens terug.

We werden vanaf het sleutelpunt begeleid door de eigenaar naar de woning, en daar was een hartelijk onthaal met uitleg. Je kunt zien dat de eigenaren trots zijn op deze woning, alles is met heel veel zorg en aandacht voor ons klaargezet, met veel aandacht voor detail. De waterkoker is bijvoorbeeld ontkalkt voor onze aankomst... Een prachtige accommodatie, met een heerlijk zwembad, prima werkende wifi, goed voorziene keuken.
