Good staff, clean and no frills good room right $

Sweet and accommodating staff. The room was simple but clean and comfortable and exactly what we needed. It’s about 1 mile from the hubbub of the main area but still close enough to cool shops and restaurants.

This room is terrible! It's just the mosquito's home. I saw a few rats in front of my room, inside of the property also. The cleanliness is poor, they do it only twice a week and even so the toilet trash was overflowing and they don't removed it. The bed and Pillows are terrible too, I never had a good night's sleep during my stay. Some neighbor has an animal and every day between 04:15 he starts to make sounds like a screams, impossible don’t wake up, Terrible. The fridge is so dirty too. The shower's floor becomes a lake during the shower because the water just takes a lot of time to go down. For a chipper price I get other place In the same avenue much better and closer to the beach (batu bolong).

Friendly and Honest

Great option just off Jalan Pantai Bolong (despite "Echo Beach" in the name). Spacious rooms and nice porch. The family running this place is superb. They gave me very honest prices for laundry, motorbike rental, and extending my stay when they could have upcharged me. The Warung Local literally across the street is one of the best in the area. Wifi can be slow, depending on how far your room is from reception. And the area roosters started around 05:30. Aside from those caveats, great place. I'll definitely stay again.

Family run and so friendly and helpful. Such a beautiful and cozy room and nice big bathroom. A quick motorbike ride away from the beach and restaurants and across from the delicious Dandelion. Would definitely stay again!

Best Place Ever!!!!!!!

This is one of the greatest places I’ve stayed in Asia and probably the world. If you are coming to Bali, STAY HERE! Everyone who owns and runs the guest house are quite truly the most lovely people I have ever met. They really made staying in Bali feel like home and care so much about guest comfort and satisfaction. Not only that, but they really want to get to know you, if you’ll let them! I was supposed to stay for only a week but I extended several times because I just couldn’t bring myself to leave this place. Awesome room with big bed and my own bathroom. Definitely basic but has aircon, big windows (with large curtain), desk, tons of outlets, water, WiFi, fridge, etc... They even clean the room whenever you like! Location is good surrounded by tons of restaurants and shops - right on the main road. Nice walk to the beach, not too far and can go eat or shop on the way. I feel so lucky to have come across this place. What a gem. I will stay here every time I come to Bali, that is for sure.
