Independent in Canggu

"staff were very nice and friendly, room was nice and clean, we didn’t have any cups or utensils though in the kitchen. Pool, sauna, pool bathrooms were fully furnished and equipped plenty of pool chair and umbrellas and 5 out showers equipped with lotion and soap, the bathroom also had all amenities in it including hairdryers. However we had some problems with pool towels as they were never available and the first three days we went to the pool they came to us each day saying that they were all still dirty, pool bar also closed and opened at random times."

"The rooms were beautiful and clean. The highlight for us was the staff and the meals - absolutely exceptional in every sense. The staff were so accommodating for our group. We had elderly parents with us and unfortunately the music from the beach clubs nearby were super loud and jarring throughout the night. The staff managed to shift our rooms to a quieter area which made all the difference. Also superb meals from the restaurant - being vegetarian/vegan - the options were plentiful and the chefs were always accommodating. Highly recommend. "

"Really enjoyed my stay here overall. The standout is definitely the staff — warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout. They made the experience feel personal and easy from start to finish. The location is strong. It’s in a good part of Canggu, close enough to everything you want, but still feels comfortable and accessible. Rooms are a big plus — spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bed especially stands out, great for a solid night’s sleep. The only downside for me was the breakfast buffet. It doesn’t quite live up to the rating or expectations. A lot of the offerings felt watered down and lacking flavor. I’d recommend skipping it and exploring nearby cafés instead, which are excellent in this area. Overall, I’d give it a solid 4 out of 5 stars. Great stay, with just a miss on the breakfast."

"The hotel is minute away from the beach. The room was clean. It had food options. The food was good. The staff was excellent. Very professional, kind, nice and helpful. "

"Stayed at Swarga Suites and had a great experience overall. The resort is modern and quite new, with upscale interiors that give it a premium feel. The rooms are comfortable, with a very nice bed and particularly spacious, well-designed bathrooms that felt quite luxurious. The swimming pool was excellent and well maintained, making it a great place to relax. The location is also a big plus — it’s close to the beach and surrounded by many good restaurants within walking distance. I also tried the massage, which was very good. The only minor downside was that the spa facilities themselves didn’t feel as modern as the rest of the resort. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a good choice if you want a comfortable, stylish place near the beach."

"The staff were pretty decent ,they were helpful . But the safety standards while dining in and arrangement of the breakfast wasnt safe . The glass plate fell and hit my leg nearly i got injured but im okay For this reason im giving the hotel only 2.stars "
