Just a stone’s throw from the Canal du Midi, in the heart of the Corbières vineyards, the village of Canet d’Aude offers an ideal location, just 15 minutes from Narbonne la Romaine. The guesthouse welcomes you for a relaxing stay bathed in the sunshine of the Midi. Located right in the heart of the village, you’ll have several local shops within 300 metres (restaurants, supermarket, newsstand and tobacco shop, bakery). The region offers a wide range of nearby activities: hiking or biking through diverse and varied landscapes, and exploring the natural and cultural heritage, including: the Narbonnaise Regional Nature Park, the Sigean African Wildlife Reserve, the Port of Somail, the beaches along the Aude coast, Fontfroide Abbey, and the historic cities of Carcassonne and Minerve. On the ground floor, you’ll have access to a shared garden with the owners and two other holiday rentals, where you can enjoy the shared pool, open from 10 a.m. to noon and 2 p.m. to 7 p.m., from May through September, weather permitting (dimensions: 3.50 x 7.5 m, depth 1.30 m), a bocce court, and several relaxation areas. The cottage has a private, enclosed parking area. Wellness area in the garden, featuring a whirlpool tub and a sauna; complimentary access once a day (1-hour session), with the possibility of extended spa use subject to the reservation schedule. This area must be reserved on-site with the owners.
