The cozy and bright vacation apartment “Canet Beach 1” is located in the center of Canet de Mar and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. With 72 m², it features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and accommodates up to 6 guests. High-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a workspace, TV, washing machine, and dishwasher are included. The apartment has a private balcony accessible from the living room.



The property is less than a 5-minute walk from Canet de Mar beach. The beaches of the Costa Brava and Barcelona are about a 40-minute drive away, and public transport links are very close.



Just 2 minutes away on foot, you will find a municipal parking lot where you can reserve a space directly. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. The apartment has air conditioning in the living room and the hallway leading to the bedrooms.



The property follows waste separation guidelines, which will be explained upon arrival.



Important rules: Check-in is from 17:00 to 21:00. Late check-in from 21:00 to 23:00 is available for an extra fee. Check-in after 23:00 is not possible. Guests under 25 are not allowed to check in. Parties and unregistered guests are not permitted. This is a family property.



The apartment is in a residential area: according to local regulations, noise and loud music are prohibited after 22:00 on Fridays and Saturdays, and after 21:00 on other days. Please respect the neighbors’ rest.
