It has landscaped areas, large swimming pool with beach type access and solarium area, children's pool and playground for the little ones, gym, spa with sauna, paddle courts and sports areas.
The apartment has a fully equipped terrace with incredible views of the Mediterranean coast, which will be the perfect place to enjoy both with family and friends. It also has 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms and kitchen open to the living room.

In the surrounding area, there is a big park with a playground for kids and landscaped gardens. Canet de Berenguer has a wide choice of restaurants, bars, and shops with takeout.
During summer, Canet d'en Berenguer's beach offers a wide choice of activities for adults and children:fair, summer movie teather on the beach, sports activities, marketplace Wednesday and Sunday, etc.
The beach has been nominated by Antena 3 in 2018 as the best beach in Spain and is, for sure, one of the most prepared beaches in the Comunidad Valenciana: more than 2100 meters of fine soft sand, crystal clear water, safety and security, etc. In addition, this beach is totally adjusted for disabled people.
